I only keep the mod in to play those maps as the animation scripts are different (due to the different weapons). Afterwards, I take out the pk3 because it makes everyone look like they are landsharking, and a few other strange things.

Yep! You bet! I think I got all the conflicts removed from the server side map files too. Gonna do a test run on Saturday if the server isnt busy. You have an IM service? Maybe I can help you get TS worked out on your computer
